General Questions

Start a new account by logging into my account and creating a new password. All new accounts will be activated immediately.

Yes, we ship to all locations internationally in especially Europe, Africa, Asia and North America.

Yes, we have coupons that can be submitted at checkout or in your cart a coupon may be added.

You will receive a tracking number when your order has been completed. The tracking number will be updated providing shipping details and estimated time of delivery. We usually ship in 2 days. Some orders may take longer for special order items.

All orders can be cancelled by going to order tracking and clicking the link cancel order. If there is any issue please email customer service and the order will be cancelled immediately.

All orders are shipped immediately and usually arrive within 2-3 days. Overnight delivery is available at an additional cost.

All orders are shipped through USPS, UPS and FedEx services.

All dresses will have a size chart that will show the sizes for specific measurements if you need additional assistance please call customer service.
